Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website ("www.cocoandpineapple.com") operated by CocoandPineapple, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Site.

Use of Payment Information:

We use the information provided during payment processing solely for the purpose of completing the transaction. This includes processing your payment and ensuring the accurate recording of transactions. We do not share this information with external parties except as necessary to fulfill the transaction.

Changes to Terms

CocoandPineapple reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any changes.

Registration:

Users have the option to register on our website to receive our mailing list, updates on new products, and services. Information submitted on the website is used for this purpose only if the user fills out the registration form or checks the appropriate box during the order process.

Booking Agreement:

By booking one of the retreats, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposit and Payment: To secure your spot on the yoga retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required upon registration. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date, as outlined in the retreat details.

2. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made before the specified deadline will be eligible for a refund of the total amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations after the specified deadline will not be eligible for any refunds.

3. Variation in Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for each retreat may vary. However:

Please note that because Coco and Pineapple, LLC  are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

1. HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Hold deposits (minus $50 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by the original attendee.

3. Full balance due 8 weeks before the start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.

4. Cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.

5. Within 30 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. We get charged too.

6. Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee. (I get charged that amount)

4. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may affect your ability to attend the retreat. The travel insurance should cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel-related issues.

5. Retreat Itinerary: While we strive to adhere to the advertised retreat itinerary, circumstances beyond our control might necessitate changes. We reserve the right to modify the schedule, activities, and accommodation arrangements as needed.

6. Health and Fitness: Participation in the yoga retreat requires a reasonable level of physical fitness and good health. It is your responsibility to consult a medical professional before attending if you have any health concerns or medical conditions.

7. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and accept that participating in the yoga retreat involves inherent risks. You travel and engage in activities at your own risk. The retreat organizers, instructors, and partners shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses incurred during the retreat.

8. Conduct and Behavior: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, instructors, staff, and the local community. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the retreat without refund.

9. Photography and Media: During the retreat, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating, you grant us the right to use such media without seeking additional consent.

10. Legal Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the retreat is held. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

By proceeding with the registration and payment for the yoga retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Booking one of the retreats signifies your acceptance of this agreement.

Photography and Media Disclaimer:

 

By participating in any yoga retreat, you grant us permission to capture and use photographic and video images of you during the course of the retreat. These images may be used for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes, including publication on our website and social media platforms, without any compensation to you. This includes, but is not limited to, website content, social media posts, brochures, and other marketing materials.

You acknowledge that these images may be shared with the public, and you have no expectation of privacy while participating in retreat activities. However, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your privacy and avoid using images that could be considered embarrassing, sensitive, or inappropriate.

If you have concerns about specific images or videos that have been used, please contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. However, we cannot guarantee the removal or alteration of images that have already been used in promotional materials.

Participation in any yoga retreat constitutes your acceptance of this photography and media disclaimer. If you do not wish to be photographed or appear in any media content, please let the retreat organizers know in advance.
