Yoga | Meditation | Reiki | Mala Beads | Healing Circles
Twelve years ago, I stepped onto the path of yoga—not for the acrobatics, but for the profound inner transformation it offers. From the very beginning, I was drawn to the deeper layers of yoga—the connection between breath, mind, and spirit. It wasn’t just a practice; it became a way of life.
Six years ago, I transitioned from student to teacher, sharing this ancient wisdom with others. Teaching yoga has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life, witnessing the way it helps others find peace, clarity, and purpose. Yoga is a simple yet profound practice that, when approached with
sincerity, brings transformation in all areas of life.
Along this journey, my path led me to Reiki healing, meditation, and the sacred craft of mala-making. What started as a creative outlet soon became an essential part of my practice. The malas I create are not just beautiful pieces of jewelry—they are intentional tools for healing, mindfulness, and spiritual growth. Each mala is handcrafted with love, infused with Reiki energy, and designed to support those who seek balance, inner peace, and deeper connection.
I also hold healing circles, where we come together to share, release, and renew our energy in a space of community and support. These gatherings are powerful moments of transformation, reminding us that we are never alone on this journey.
This November, I am beyond excited to take this work even deeper by hosting a yoga retreat in Puerto Rico. This retreat is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and immerse yourself in the true essence of yoga. It’s an invitation to explore not just the physical practice but also the inner workings of your mind and spirit, surrounded by the beauty of nature.
