Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that because Coco and Pineapple, LLC are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations. HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Hold deposits (minus $50 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by the original attendee. Full balance due 8 weeks before the start date of retreat unless otherwise noted. Cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Within 30 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. We get charged too. Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee. (I get charged that amount) No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Coco and Pineapple will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. We are not responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations. Retreat Waiver & Release ©www.cocoandpineapple.com 1. INSURANCE (Recommended, Not Required): We recommend you consider taking out adequate travel & medical insurance that covers you from all sides, just in case. We also recommend that you purchase your plane ticket with an extra insurance option (offered by most airlines) that allows changes or cancellations. 2. ARRIVAL: Final details regarding the recommended Day/Hour of Arrival + Airport Transportation will be available when the Retreat Date is fully confirmed — 3. RETREAT START & FINISH HOURS: Final details regarding the it start on will be available when the final Retreat Date is confirmed — 4. PERSONAL SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY: Your actions, movement and personal safety on this trip are your own responsibility. By signing up for this event, you agree to take responsibility for yourself and release Coco and Pineapple (Lorena Rivera) (Host), and (Venue) and all other retreat leaders and or retreat staff involved (individually as well as collectively) from any claims otherwise. 5.If you have any health conditions or injuries that we need to be aware of, please write to us in advance so that we can prepare ourselves adequately. 6. ACTS OF GOD: We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if an act of God interferes and will act accordingly to cancellation fees with the venues rules and regulations as well. 7. CONFLICT: We intend to hold a sacred, clear and safe space for creativity, truth and vulnerability to transform our lives. We reserve the right to refuse anyone we feel may offset the balance of the group or create any kind of conflict. (Add your own language here) We reserve our right to respectfully ask anyone to leave, should our group or personal space be compromised in any way, shape or form. A total or partial refund may be agreed upon. 10. LIABILITY: By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you releaseCoco and Pineapple (Host), LOCATION (Venue), as well as all other leaders and/or staff collaborating in this retreat, individually and collectively, from any claims, liability, cause of action, damages or costs for personal injury or property damage that fall under your responsibility and are unrelated to the service offered. 11. By purchasing this retreat you agree to all items above.
