Can I attend the retreat if I don't do yoga or surf?

Absolutely! Our guides are here to help you start your journey. Yoga classes offer modifications, and surf instructors are available for lessons and guidance, ensuring everyone can participate.

I don't have anyone to share a room with. Can you pair me up with someone?
-
Certainly! You have the option to choose a solo room, a double room (with a new friend), or a triple room. Many participants have found lifelong friends in their roommates.

Is transportation from the airport included in the retreat?

Transportation can be coordinated if needed. Please let us know, and we'll assist in making the arrangements. The cost might vary but its around $75 each way.

Is there meat in the restaurant?

The restaurant occasionally provides farm-to-table chicken from a nearby farm, and fish is usually available. Please inform us of any dietary preferences or restrictions.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is provided on the property, and there's a designated coworking space for those who need to work or take calls.

How do payments work?

Booking reservations are done through the website, and payment plans can be scheduled. Five payment plan options are available until February 2024: 25% by 02/27/24, 50% by 04/15/24, and full payment by 06/20/24.

What should I pack for the retreat?

To help you prepare, we recommend bringing Yoga Clothes, Sneakers, Bug Spray, Sunblock, and Sneakers.

Do I need to bring my own yoga/surf equipment?

All necessary yoga and surf equipment will be provided. However, if you have personal preferences or specific requirements, feel free to bring your own.

What type of dietary preferences or restrictions do you accommodate?

We cater to various dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and allergies. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Can I extend my stay at the retreat?

Is travel insurance recommended?

While not mandatory, we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for your peace of mind.

What happens in case of bad weather for surfing or outdoor activities?

We have alternative plans and indoor activities in case of unfavorable weather conditions.

Is there a minimum fitness level required for yoga classes or surf lessons?

All levels are welcome! Our instructors are experienced in adapting classes to accommodate participants of different fitness levels.

Is the retreat suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! The retreat is designed for participants of all levels, including beginners. You'll receive appropriate guidance and support.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that because Coco and Pineapple, LLC are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Hold deposits (minus $50 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by original attendee.

Full balance due 8 weeks (June 20,2024) before start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.

Within 30 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. We get charged too.

Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee. (I get charged that amount)
No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Coco and Pineapple will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. We are not responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
