What you will learn and practice:

Pranayama: 20 minute daily practice to teach your body to breath better.

Improving immune system and digestion, slowing down the nervous system, giving ourselves more energy and also improving your posture AT EVERY BREATH

Hatha: Alignment, strength, and depth in each pose

Vinyasa: Connect breath and movements and be more fluid between transactions

Yin: Passive yoga stretching, where we hold the poses 3-5 minute and learn to relax and let go in them, stretching not just the muscles, but also fascia and deep tissues

Stretch & Mobility: Active stretching, and mobility exercises, out of regular yoga poses, to discover and engage, muscles that we are usually not aware of

Hello Beautiful soul!
I study, practice and teach Yoga for over 2 decades. My studies are mainly in Alignment, Applied Anatomy, Postural Movements, modification for injuries, Breathing exercises and
obviously Yoga philosophy I’m Italian but now I live in Miami, and I teach privately, in several studios in the city and online, in Italian and English, and now finally I’m back to travel with you!
I also created an Alignment mat by sizes, to help beginner and intermediate yogis to practice safer and improve faster. Yoga helped me a lot to recovery from many injuries and in many hard moments of my life and now I want to help you to discover and improve the the relationship with your body, to be more balance and more in charge of your life!
Frequently Ask questions:
1. I don't do yoga or surf, Can I still go?
Of Course, our guides will provide you with the tools to help you get started in your journey. During yoga classes we will always offer modifications and variations to make the practices more accessible or more challenging. And for non-surfers, there are surf instructors available for lessons and pointers throughout the week.
2. I am very interested in the retreat, but I do not have anyone to share a room with will you pair me up with someone?
Yes, you have the option to take a solo room, a double room ( with a new friend) or s All of this have different cost. In all cases thus far, people have found life-long friends in their room-mates.
3. Do I have to pay for transporation from the airport to the retreat you include in the retreat?
Yes, but we can help you coordinate transportation from either airport.
4. Is there meat in the restaurant?
We catered to our students please let us know if you have any dietary restrction to accomodate.
5. Is there wi-fi?
Yes, there is wi-fi in the property. Please keep in mind this is a different country and internet can go out.
6. What about the Payments?
Booking Reservations are done via the website and payment plans can be schedule. Activities of the hotel are done thru the hotels once you check in.

7. What is the Cancellation Policy?
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that because Coco and Pineapple, LLC are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

HOLD DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Hold deposits (minus $50 USD re-listing fee) are transferable to another attendee found and assigned by original attendee.

Full balance due 8 weeks (March 20,2024) before start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation requests submitted within 60 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.

Within 45 days of your retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. We get charged too.

Any refunds allowed will incur a 3% processing fee. (I get charged that amount)
No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Coco and Pineapple will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date. We are not responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
8. Travel Insurance?
We recommend to get travel insurance.
9. What about Visas ?
Regarding visas, kindly verify the relevant information through your local government authorities. If assistance is required in locating the appropriate website, we may be able to provide guidance.
10. What airport should I fly into?
We recommend Liberia Airport - Costa Rica or Managua Airport Nicaragua
Please keep in mind that for Liberia Airport you have to cross the border and this might add travel time.
